  • Develop a reputation as a trusted advisor by guiding customers and business partners through the lending process.
  • Foster strong relationships, emphasizing the ability to cultivate authentic, enduring connections.
  • Lead passionate professionals, embodying values to drive collective success.
  • Proactively utilize industry and customer networks to enhance and share knowledge of regulatory requirements, impacting market, industry, customers, and the organization.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate a history of delivering outstanding customer service, skilled at building and sustaining productive relationships with world-class customer pipeline management.
  • Have a proven track record in lending/sales, with retail lending expertise and anticipation of customer financial needs.
  • Show comprehensive understanding of Home Lending products and national legislation.
  • Are skilled in coaching and upskilling peers, driving performance and growth.
  • Possess advanced business and market insight.
