**Casual Workforce Coordinator role**:

- _0.6 FTE - 24 hours per week_
- _Work 24 hours across 3 or 4 days (Monday - Thursday)_
- _1 or 2 days WFH available _
- _Your shift starts at 6:30am offering early finishes_

The responsibilities include:

- High volume shift/ roster management for our casual workforce deployment across our network of 80 campuses
- Communicating over the phone with our Campus teams/ Directors: booking in their casuals staffing requirements
- Stakeholder relationships
- Face to face inductions for new casuals
- Liasing with agencies when required
- Coordinate with P&C with regards to the compliance of casual educators
- Ensure inactive casual team members are offboarded, in line with OAC processes
