**Part-Time Coordinator Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a part-time workforce coordinator. As a key member of our workforce management team, you will be responsible for coordinating the deployment of casual staff across our network of 80 campuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • High volume shift/roster management for our casual workforce deployment across our network of 80 campuses.
  • Communicating over the phone with our campus teams/directors: booking in their casual staffing requirements.
  • Stakeholder relationships.
  • Face-to-face inductions for new casuals.
  • Liasing with agencies when required.
  • Coordinate with P&C with regards to the compliance of casual educators.
  • Ensure inactive casual team members are offboarded, in line with OAC processes.
