Must be an Australian Citizen.24 months contract.Program Director (Portfolio) - Technology Service DeliveryAs the Program Director (Portfolio) in the Technology Service Delivery Portfolio, you will lead and manage multiple aligned programs to achieve targeted outcomes and benefits.Reporting to the Head of Transformation, your responsibilities include:Managing, planning, directing, and coordinating activities to oversee and implement the Program from initiation to final transition into operational, business-as-usual management.Developing comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, and monitoring and controlling program progress to ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.Defining, documenting, and successfully completing complex projects.Building long-term, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders (internal and external) and facilitating stakeholder engagement in support of service delivery and change projects.Key Responsibilities:Lead a team to define and manage integrated Program delivery plans, including benefits maps, profiles, strategies, risk management, delivery plans, benefits realization, stakeholder engagement, communication, and assurance plans.Maintain and monitor the integrated Program delivery plans and baseline, tracking actual progress and costs, and forecasting future progress and expenditure.Establish and coordinate effective governance arrangements for projects and initiatives, collaborating with peers in Governance, Communications, Assurance, Technology, and Vendor Management, as well as stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners.Drive overall performance of the Program and projects, including stakeholder management, risk and issue management, and benefits realization.Promote continuous improvement and education among key stakeholders to foster a learning organization.Oversee and manage the Program budget and performance targets, encouraging an efficient, cost-conscious culture within the Portfolio.Proven experience in leading, delivering, and sustaining large-scale, complex programs in challenging environments.Demonstrable experience managing geographically diverse teams.Minimum 15 years' experience in:Leading large, diverse teams in mission-critical delivery environments.Managing contractors and delivery partners to achieve program outcomes.Delivering programs in leadership roles.Diversity of experience across private and public sectors is desirable.Ability and willingness to obtain Government Security clearances, which may include police checks and other screening processes.What You Need to Do Now:If interested, email Gary Kumar at (emailprotected) with:A one-page cover letter outlining relevant experience.An updated copy of your CV.Unlock Job InsightsSalary match, number of applicants, skills match.Your application will include the following questions:Which statement best describes your right to work in Australia?
