Key Responsibilities

As a seasoned Program Director, you will lead and manage multiple aligned programs to achieve targeted outcomes and benefits in the Technology Service Delivery Portfolio.

Reporting to the Head of Transformation, your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and coordinating program activities from initiation to final transition into operational management
  • Developing comprehensive program plans
  • Defining and completing complex projects
  • Building long-term relationships with senior stakeholders

You will also be responsible for leading a team to define and manage integrated program delivery plans, maintaining and monitoring program progress and costs, establishing governance arrangements for projects and initiatives, and driving overall program performance.

Additionally, you will promote continuous improvement and education among key stakeholders, oversee and manage the program budget and performance targets, and foster an efficient, cost-conscious culture within the portfolio.

To succeed in this role, you will require proven experience in leading and delivering large-scale, complex programs in challenging environments, managing geographically diverse teams, and achieving mission-critical outcomes.
