We are seeking a Manager, Digital Technology Delivery to join Digital Business Solutions, Administrative Division. This role is a key member of the Enterprise Technology portfolio and is responsible for the overall delivery of learning space, enabling technology, and core infrastructure initiatives for the Enterprise Technology Portfolio. The role requires planning, resourcing and oversight of delivery streams across Digital Technology, manages issues, responses to delivery changes, challenges and escalations. The Manager will build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and delivery partners. As a member of the Enterprise Technology leadership team, this role balances delivery demand and dependencies across operational teams and collaborates with other Digital Technology managers when BAU teams are involved in delivery activities.

What You Need To Succeed
Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to postgraduate qualification together with extensive relevant experience within an information technology area ideally in the higher education sector.
Proven leadership ability with experience in maintaining a coherent team culture focused at achieving organisation goals.
Demonstrated ability to apply sound judgement in developing policies, strategies and innovative business solutions across the Delivery management lifecycle.
Demonstrated advanced ability to cultivate and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships, with stakeholders to achieve outcomes
Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, including the ability to establish positive working relationships with management, inspire employees and influence internal clients and external organisations in delivering high quality business solution options for QUT.
Proven success in contributing to or leading projects in a diverse and rapidly changing complex environments.
Demonstrated experience in leading technology / infrastructure teams and adopting modern approaches to enable the delivery of quality outcomes.
