Technology Solutions Director

We are seeking a Technology Solutions Director to lead our delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide effective leadership to the technology delivery team and take appropriate action where team performance deviates from agreed tolerances
  • Determine resources and skills required to effectively support technology solution development
  • Manage, control, direct, and allocate activities of staff, 3rd parties, and contractors within the technology delivery team
  • E nsure regular and accurate communication to stakeholders, consistent with methods in use during various phases of delivery
  • Demonstrate understanding of interdependencies between technology delivery, operations, and business needs
Required Skills:
  • Previous experience delivering technology minor changes or enhancements
  • Previous experience delivering technology solutions in large integrated environments
  • Previous experience planning and coordinating technology resources balanced against operational needs
  • Demonstrated high level of skill in technology solutioning and solution delivery
