**The role**
We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Home Assessing Coordinator based in North Lakes. This role offers the chance to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success.
The Home Assessing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing the effective operation of scheduling and booking our A&G Home Assessors' appointments.
You will be the pivotal link between claims and our A&G Home Assessors and to the ongoing success of the Building and Assessing teams by managing every opportunity for an A&G Home Assessor to attend appointments.
In addition, you will work closely with the leadership team, claims, and our building panel whilst also providing exceptional customer service to our customers by making Home Assessor appointments in a timely manner.
**Position Accountabilities**
- Triage claims based on claim type, description, and severity. You will then allocate to the appropriate Home Assessor based on distance, availability, and business requirements.
- Scheduling & booking management of A&G Home Assessor appointments.
- Coordinating relevant bookings with our Customers, Home Assessors, Builders, Restorers,
- Point of reference for the claims department in regard to the correct appointment of an internal HA or an external building repairer partner.
- Coordinate Large Loss meetings.
- Daily allocation of new appointments to A&G Home Assessors.
- Maintain register for missed assessment opportunities
**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual with excellent communication skills.
**What experience you'll bring**
- Strong administration skills.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in building effective business relationships with builders & internal departments.
- Previous Home Insurance experience (Desirable but not mandatory)
- Experience scheduling and building driving routes for a building and construction organisation or similar (Desirable)
