About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Coordinator to join our team, responsible for scheduling and managing the effective operation of building assessments.

This position requires strong administration skills, excellent time management and organizational abilities, as well as exceptional communication skills. The successful candidate will have previous experience in developing effective business relationships with external partners and internal departments, preferably within the home insurance industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Triage claims based on claim type, description, and severity level.
  • Scheduling & booking management of home assessor appointments.
  • Point of reference for the claims department in regard to the correct appointment of an internal or external assessor.
  • Coordinate Large Loss meetings.
  • Daily allocation of new appointments to home assessors. Maintain register for missed assessment opportunities.

Requirements

  • Strong administration skills.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in building effective business relationships with external partners and internal departments.
  • Previous Home Insurance experience (desirable but not mandatory).
