Duties include:Living out your faith in a Christian school community, with an attitude of hospitality, care and excellence;Contributing to the holistic care and welfare of students;Managing enrolments;Managing enquiries from students, parents, staff and the general public with kindness and professionalism;Managing student attendance and record keeping;Performing administrative tasks, including writing emails, answering phone calls, assisting with school events, and maintaining an attitude of professionalism with members of the school community;Schedule relief staff and maintain accurate records of staff attendance for payroll;Support the leadership team in maintaining accurate data collection for relevant departments;Engaging with and learning how to use software and systems utilised in school settings, such as Google Suites and a Student Information System (such as Sentral or Salesforce); and,Maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, flexibility and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.This full-time role is expected to start as soon as is practicable.BenefitsAuthentic Christian culture & working environmentEmployee benefits program with 15-50% off leading retails brandsBe part of helping facilitate a fast growing schoolEAP Program with free counselling sessions
