IT Service Delivery Lead

We are seeking an experienced IT service delivery professional to manage our infrastructure systems and software.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in IT operations, preferably in a defence ICT centric project or sustainment environment. They will possess excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and engage with business and technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and optimising system performance
  • Resolving potential and actual service issues
  • Evaluating new system software
  • Reviewing system updates
  • Provisioning and testing system updates
  • Ensuring system configuration aligns with service objectives

Requirements include:

  • A current negative vetting clearance before commencement
  • Australian citizenship
