Some of your key responsibilities will include;Ability to coach and mentor Senior Supervisors and hold site leadership teams accountable for holding crucial conversations.Effectively utilise people across the Business Unit to achieve project outcomes.Inspire and lead relevant work teams within the Business Unit in all aspects of their employment from wages to safety and quality drives.Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Monford Employee Agreements (EA's) and relevant legislation and apply/conduct HR procedures to manage the workforce when required (i.e., grievance and discipline procedures).
