The team are growing over time, and this role has become available due to internal promotion.

**THE ROLE**
- Claims Consultant situated within the operational area of the business
- Part of a collaborative, experienced team of 5.
- Permanent opportunity.
- Ideal start at the end of the month.
- Hybrid working - 3 days from their CBD office, 2 from home.
- Standard shift times are 8:30am - 5:00pm.

**RESPONSIBILTIES**
- Respond to queries on claims, invoices, eligibility checks and similar.
- Contribute to process improvements.
- Work confidently within SLA's.
- Work towards various KPI's including AHT and quality.
- Drive a customer centric culture.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Insurance and/or claims experience beneficial.
- A customer comes first approach essential.
- Experience in a contact centre advantageous.
- A collaborative work approach and desire to learn.
- A reliable, upbeat personality.
