
Despatch Administrator

Join our client, a leading name in the furniture industry, as a **Despatch Clerk**. We are looking for an energetic individual with outstanding customer service skills to become a vital part of our expanding team in **Wetherill Park.**
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Respond to customer and internal staff enquiries about delivery issues
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
- Accurately and promptly enter dispatch information into the DISTRIB computer system
- Coordinate and manage delivery tasks for drivers
- Perform general administrative duties
- Report and log customer concerns or requirements to relevant departments in a timely manner to minimize customer dissatisfaction
- Assist both dispatch and service departments as needed
**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Full working rights
- Own transport
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
**Experience**:
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Full Driver Licence (preferred)
