Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced administration officer to join our busy despatch team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for raising and processing consignment notes, assigning vehicles and drivers to loads, processing manifests, data entry of run sheets, arranging transport documents ready for despatch, and assisting with queries from Drivers whilst on the road.

The ideal candidate will have proven administration experience, good problem solving skills, intermediate MS Excel and computer skills, ability to work well in a fast paced environment, effective communication, both written and verbal, and great organisation and time management skills.
