Administration Role Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to join our training administration team.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • a minimum of 1 year's experience in an office/administration role
  • excellent spoken and written English skills
  • good keyboarding skills and computer literacy
  • experience using Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel

Responsibilities include assisting students with enrolment, processing enrolments, scanning and filing student documentation, preparing and despatching training resources, and supporting other administration staff and management with general tasks.

We offer an above-award wage based on employee age and years out of school or level of experience and qualifications, a supportive and dynamic work environment, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

This fixed-term position is available for 12-18 months, and the successful candidate will be required to commute or relocate to Blaxland, NSW.
