**About the Company**

This NSW Government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and efficient experience within government. This government agency uses data and behavioural insights to drive improvements with government and providing services to NSW. We are looking for someone to start ASAP for a 3-month contract paying up to $1400/day + Super. This role is located in Parramatta/ WFH

**About the team**

The team you will be joining are a newly created team that is led by experienced veterans in their relative fields. A mix of experience and background this team is thriving to deliver amazing projects that give back to the residents of NSW. A team of high energy individuals who take a collaborative approach to the delivery of Change initiatives.

**About the Role**
We are currently seeking to appoint a Change Lead with a leading NSW Government agency. The Change Lead is responsible for delivering a critical change program of work to help uplift and improve the health and safety standard as well as people and process improvements.

Key accountabilities include:

- Leading the team to deliver the desired change outcome.
- Support and drive the design, implementation and outputs of change impact and business readiness workshops.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the processes, policies and standards for the safety of employees and customers

**About You**
- A hands-on approach to change with the ability to help with preparation of change artifacts to enable a smooth delivery of change plans in a large complex organisation.
- 5 + years' experience as a Change Lead
- Experience in the development and implementation of communication and stakeholder engagement strategies in a complex, multifaceted environment
