We're seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Officer to join our Adelaide-based finance team.This role is a balance of leadership and hands-on support — ensuring invoices, payments, and expense claims are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with compliance standards.What you'll doLead and support the AP function, fostering accuracy, timeliness, and teamwork.Process invoices, payments, and expenses as needed.Manage supplier relationships, resolve queries, and maintain accurate vendor records.Ensure compliance with GST, policies, and internal controls.Assist with AP reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close tasks.What you'll bringCert IV or higher in Accounting/Finance (preferred).2–5 years' AP experience, including supervisory exposure.Strong knowledge of AP processes, GST principles, and accounting systems/ERP.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.Great organisational skills, problem-solving ability, and a "can-do" attitude.Be part of a collaborative and supportive finance team.Opportunity to drive process improvements and add real value.A role that combines leadership responsibility with hands-on variety.
