**About ANC**

ANC is a last mile delivery and direct to consumer (D2C) specialist, partnering with many large and emerging retail and e-commerce customers. Our ambition is to significantly disrupt the delivery environment to offer high value propositions to large retailers moving online and fast growing e-commerce customers.

In total, there are approximately 1,500 people working within the ANC business. We are privately owned, beginning over 100 years ago in 1921 as Fleet Flyers in Sydney.

**About the role**

At ANC, we are aiming for our Driver teams to deliver the highest possible level of customer service to our clients. To assist us to achieve this, and due to recent growth, we are seeking an experienced and personable **Driver Trainer **to work with and guide our Driver teams and enhance Customer Service capability, job performance & quality of service.

**What we are looking for in a Driver Trainer**:

- Enthusiastic, energetic and highly motivated, with a flexible and adaptable attitude for our diverse environment
- Patient and positive communicator with strong verbal and written skills
- Computer skills (good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint is desirable)
- Experience in improving Driver engagement levels and lifting the performance of drivers
- Commitment towards developing our Driver teams & enhancing their performance through coaching and role modelling
- Ability to be hands on with our Drivers, spend real time in the vehicle with our teams out on the road (access to ANC offices will be available, but this is not an office based position)

**Responsibilities include**:

- Assess Driver team performance, create plans and material to develop skills and enable our Fleet to deliver extraordinary customer experiences
- Offer clear, direct feedback to our Drivers using supportive instruction
- Motivate, train and enhance Driver performance within our fleet to exceed expectations
- Identify and recommend delivery improvements & efficiencies to enable ANC performance to exceed Client/Customer expectations
- Ensure Health, Safety & Environment policies are adhered to at all times, promoting and committing to Driver safety

This is a challenging and diverse opportunity that involves State based travel to various client sites in the greater Brisbane area.
