About you: Proven experience as a Maître d', restaurant manager, or similar role.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
Ability to handle difficult situations with grace and professionalism.
Certificate or diploma in hospitality management or a related field is an advantage.
