**About the Role**
BGC Housing Group is seeking an experienced Service Supervisor to join our expanding team.

We are looking for a customer focused, well presented individual to join us and provide support to our clients in product recalls and maintenance remedial works.

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

- Experience in building/building maintenance in the residential construction industry.
- Strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to liaise with clients and subcontractors to achieve results and meet deadlines.
- Great communication skills.
- Willingness to work within a group.
