Join the Tibaldi Warehouse Operations team as a full-time Warehouse Administrator based in Clayton, Victoria.

Founded in 1934, the Tibaldi family of butchers had a dream to provide Australian's with only the finest cuts of meats processed the traditional way using authentic Italian recipes.
Over 80 years later not much has changed. Today, Tibaldi are a major supplier to the retail, route and food service industry across Australia. The company's state of the art facilities in Clayton excel industry standards using leading technology.
The product range spans across traditional Italian salami, ham, bacon, traditional smallgoods, fresh meat including a range of Outdoor Bred pork.

**Your Story**
As a Clerical and Administration Support team member at Tibaldi you will be part of the Warehouse Operations team based in Clayton, Victoria and will be involved in:
- The general data entry of warehouse data with a high level of accuracy
- Working within Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Reporting activities related to the nature of this role
- Working with internal and external stakeholders (including our customers)
- Ancillary clerical and administration duties as required
As part of the Warehouse Operations team, you will:
- work in a warehouse environment. This means that you will be required to wear PPE including High Vis and Safety Boots every day.
- use your outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- be a role model for all aspects of safety and wellbeing
- be an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who thrives within a team environment
- bring your hands-on approach to everything you do
- may have the opportunity to be offered overtime
To be successful in this role you must have a minimum of 1 year's warehouse experience.
**Our Ways of Working**
The _Tibaldi Enterprise Agreement 2018 _willcover your employment for this position.
Your hours of work will be performed between 6.00am and 5.00pm.
Our hourly rates of pay are dependent upon your levels of experience and skills and will be at a minimum in line with the _Tibaldi Enterprise Agreement 2018_. This will be discussed during the recruitment process.

**COVID-19**
We are an essential industry, during periods of COVID-19 Lockdowns. You may be required to continue working as directed (including remotely) during these periods.
**Pre-Employment Medical**
A pre-employment medical may form part of the recruitment process.
