About the role
Prydes Confectionery is seeking a motivated and well organised Warehouse Administrator to join our dynamic team in Knoxfield, Victoria.
You will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our busy confectionery warehouse.
This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the manufacturing industry.
What you'll be doing
Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, ensuring accurate documentation and storage
Confirming orders in our warehousing system including providing outstanding customer service to our customers
Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring stock levels are up-to-date
Assisting with the coordination of warehouse activities, including inbound and outbound logistics
Providing administrative support to the wider warehouse and logistics team
Adhering to all health, safety and quality procedures to ensure a safe working environment
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or administrative role, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG industry
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in record-keeping
A team-player attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the business
Strong communication skills and highly customer service focused
Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in using a variety of warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications
High risk work licence is strongly preferred
