Our People & Culture Team is currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruitment & Onboarding Administrator to join our growing Talent Acquisition team and broader People & Culture function based at our Head Office in Preston.

**About the role: Recruitment Administrator, P&C**:
Reporting into the Administration Team Lead, this position plays a crucial role in providing essential administrative support to a variety of stakeholders across a range of tasks relating to the employee hiring and onboarding process. You will be a key point of contact within the People & Culture (P&C) team, as well as our hiring managers, employees, and prospective employees, providing them with an exceptional level of customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide guidance and advice to managers on using_ _our internal ATS & HRIS system.
- Reply to queries via the triage inbox as well as answering phone queries in a timely manner.
- Ensuring new starters are successfully onboarded through thorough compliance checks and data integration with our payroll system, KRONOS.

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualification or relevant working experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent is ideal
- Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong IT and computer literacy
- Highly organised with an ability to prioritise and multitask
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment
