We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Melbourne, Australia.

This is a full-time, ongoing role that requires strong organizational and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the inventory booking process, freight bookings, maintaining stock levels, and providing support to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience with warehouse logistics and storage is highly valued
  • Able to process warehouse documentation efficiently
  • Good computer skills with ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Able to work Monday to Friday, 38+ hours per week
  • Full working rights in Australia required

Requirements:

  • Must own safety shoes and hi-vis vest
  • Own car and driver's licence necessary
