**The Opportunity**

The
**Assistant Property Manager**, will be accountable for the delivery of Property Management services to customers and business partners with the objective of providing quality services to maximise asset performance, across a mixed portfolio of investment grade property assets. You will be as assisting the General Manager and Senior Property Manager in the achievement of the team objectives.

Key impacts you will achieve include;
- Assist the team prepare annual asset budgets and forecasts
- Assisting in the implementation of sustainability tasks and projects
- Administering leases & charges
- Collecting rents and minimising arrears
- Regular inspections of assets building strong relationships with customer base
- Assisting in new lease negotiations
- Ensuring contracts, insurances, and lease securities are up to date

**YOU**

In order to be successful in this role, you will have spent at least one to three years in a relevant position within Commercial Property Management, having gained exposure to both property/leasing law and property investment principles.

You will have a strong customer focus, a confident communicator with the ability to multi-task/prioritise and have strong time management skills. Importantly you will be passionate about property, be collaborate and drive for excellent results.
