The Opportunity
The Event Producer is responsible for the successful planning, management, and execution of production events.
They will implement processes and SOPs to drive consistency in event execution, identify and resolve operational problems, and optimise the deployment of production resources.
The role partners with technical staff, clients and the wider Encore team to plan and execute events to the highest standard and with maximum impact.
Responsibilities
Partner with the client and our creative team to deliver innovative and experiential solutions.
Address client needs by organising meetings, maintaining show documentation, and responding to questions in a timely fashion.
Execute project planning of all events using Encore's systems and processes.
Plan resources and logistics across all assigned production work.
Partner with the Sales team by providing scoping and pricing for managed accounts and production projects.
Execute all Program Production functions to deliver events at high levels of production efficiency within budget, scope, and timeline.
Develop, analyse, and manage project budgets, collaborating with leads to mitigate risks and sub-rental spend.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, delivering outstanding service and focusing on retention.
Reconcile events and deliver wrap reports; ensure all administrative data and paperwork are entered, submitted, cross-checked, and reconciled.
What We Are Looking For
5-7 years' experience in a Project Manager or Producer role.
Strong sales and customer-facing skillset.
Great understanding of the event lifecycle.
Ability to work harmoniously with clients to understand their needs.
Understanding of different event types and how to create an impact.
Strong people management skills.
Problem solving and the ability to adapt.
