Job Description:

The Event Producer is a key role in the execution of production events, responsible for implementing processes and SOPs to drive consistency in event execution. The position requires the ability to identify, resolve, and escalate operational problems, as well as optimize the deployment of production resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with clients and creative teams to develop innovative and experiential solutions for events.

  2. Organize client meetings, create detailed show documentation, and respond to client concerns and questions in a timely manner.

  3. Plan and execute project planning using Encore's systems and processes.

  4. Manage resources and logistics across assigned production work.

  5. Provide scoping and pricing for managed account and production projects in partnership with the Sales team.

  6. Execute program production functions to deliver events efficiently within budget, scope, and timeline.

  7. Create and manage project budgets, mitigating risks and sub-rental spend with discipline leads.

  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels of their organization.

Requirements:
  • 5-7 years' experience in a Project Manager or Producer role.
  • Strong sales and customer-facing skills.
  • Excellent understanding of the event lifecycle.
  • Ability to work harmoniously with clients to understand their needs.
  • Knowledge of different event types and how to create an impact.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Problem-solving and adaptability.
