Event Producer Role Overview

Are you a seasoned project manager or producer looking for a challenging role that combines creativity with logistical expertise? We're seeking an experienced Event Producer to join our team and contribute to the successful planning, management, and execution of production events.

The Event Producer will be responsible for implementing processes and SOPs that drive consistency in event execution, while identifying, resolving, escalating operational problems, and optimizing the deployment of production resources. This role requires strong collaboration with technical staff, clients, and the broader APC team to plan and execute events to the highest standard with maximum impact.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with clients and creative teams to develop innovative and experiential solutions.
  • Organize client meetings, create show documentation, and respond to client concerns and questions in a timely fashion.
  • Execute project planning using Encore's systems and processes.
  • Plan and manage resources and logistics across assigned production work.
  • Partner with sales teams to provide scoping and pricing for managed account and production projects.
  • Ensure delivery of events at the highest levels of production efficiency within budget, scope, and timeline.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels of their organization.
  • Reconcile events, deliver wrap reports, and ensure administrative data and paperwork is accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years' experience in a Project Manager or Producer role.
  • Strong sales and customer-facing skills.
  • Great understanding of the event lifecycle.
  • Ability to work harmoniously with clients to understand their needs.
  • Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
