We match local hosts with visiting international students to provide the highest quality homestay experience while they study in Australia.

**Position Description: Homestay inspector required in Canberra**

AHN has an exciting opportunity as a homestay inspector to join our team to inspect homes and interview local host families to provide homestay for international students.

**As one of our AHN Homestay representatives, your key responsibilities will include to**:

- Based in Canberra - visit local families and inspect homes in the local suburbs
- complete inspection reports.

**To be successful in this role you will require to**:

- be flexible in work time
- have good computer skills.
- own car and a current driver's license.
- be well-presented and have an outgoing personality.
- have strong communication skills.
- have eye for detail and can be a good judge of character.
- have real estate/property management experience is desirable.

This is a casual role. Hours will vary depending on university intake periods and student arrivals. Mobile and laptop are inclusive of the package. Car kilometers reimbursed (log book to be maintained).

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour
