We're a passionate, high quality gardening business based on Sydney's Northern Beaches, and we're on the lookout for an Experienced Garden Maintenance Professional to join our growing team.About the Role:This is a hands on role for someone with a minimum of 3 years' experience working independently in garden maintenance.
You'll be trusted to manage jobs solo, operate and maintain a work ute, communicate with clients, and ensure the highest standard of work on every site.
You'll work across a range of residential gardens, using your expertise in tools, techniques, and horticultural care.Key Responsibilities:Operation and upkeep of a work ute and all tools/equipmentManaging day-to-day job sites independentlyCommunicating with clients in a professional and friendly mannerEnsuring gardens are left clean, tidy, and to a high standardWhat We're Looking For:Minimum 3 years' experience in professional gardening or landscape maintenanceConfident using all tools and equipment (mowers, hedgers, blowers, whipper snippers, etc.)Strong knowledge of gardening techniques and seasonal careAble to work unsupervised with great attention to detailFull, clean driver's licence and confidence managing a work uteRespectful, reliable, and able to represent the business well with clientsDiligent, self-motivated, and proud of your workWhy Join Us?
