Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general gardening duties such as pruning, mowing, edging, planting, and watering.
  • Operate and maintain gardening equipment like lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, and chainsaws.
  • Apply fertilizers and pesticides to promote plant health.
  • Monitor and control pests and diseases.
  • Maintain garden beds and keep them weed-free.
  • Ensure outdoor spaces like paths and patios are clean and well-maintained.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and execute plans that align with clients' expectations.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Gardener or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of horticulture and plant care.
  • Ability to operate and maintain machinery and equipment.
  • Good physical stamina and strength.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills.
