Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and reliable gardener to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone with a minimum of 3 years' experience working independently in garden maintenance.

About the Role:

This position involves managing day-to-day job sites independently, operating and maintaining a work vehicle, communicating with clients, and ensuring the highest standard of work on every site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operation and upkeep of a work vehicle and all tools/equipment
  • Managing day-to-day job sites independently
  • Communicating with clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Ensuring gardens are left clean, tidy, and to a high standard

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in professional gardening or landscape maintenance
  • Confident using all tools and equipment (mowers, hedgers, blowers, whipper snippers, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of gardening techniques and seasonal care
  • Able to work unsupervised with great attention to detail
  • Full, clean driver's licence and confidence managing a work vehicle
  • Respectful, reliable, and able to represent the business well with clients
  • Diligent, self-motivated, and proud of your work
