**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Manager, NDIS & Support Coordination. This role is to provide leadership to a team of support coordinators and manage the day to day running of the service.

We have an opportunity to grow our support coordination service to reach new participants and this role will lead and undertake extensive external stakeholder and community engagement to promote our services.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- A comprehensive understanding of the NDIS, practice standards and relevant legislation and the ability to impart this knowledge to others.
- An understanding of what a great quality service looks like and can drive best practice customer service.
- An ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with participants, families, carers, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Strong business development skills and the ability to grow our support coordination business.
- An ability to work with leaders across the organisation in a capacity building approach to develop NDIS knowledge across the organisation.
