Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Manager located in Adelaide, SA, with some work-from-home flexibility. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple properties, including handling guest communications, coordinating maintenance, managing bookings, and ensuring properties meet high standards of cleanliness and functionality. You will also assist in developing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and profitability.
Qualifications
Experience in property management and real estate
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in using property management software and tools
Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
Experience with Airbnb or short-term rental platforms is a plus
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
