- Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for healthcare and digital innovation? Join our dynamic team as an **Internal Account Manager,** where you'll play a vital role in driving growth and delivering value across the Allied Health and Wholesalers market.

This role is a new and exciting **fixed term contract** opportunity where you'll take ownership of a diverse and evolving product portfolio including **Digital Health Solutions** and **Infection Control Consumables.**

**What you'll be doing**:

- Building and executing a tailored sales plan in collaboration with National Sales Managers.
- Using the Sales Growth Toolkit and Gforce Sales Management platform to track and manage account activities and opportunities.
- Maintaining high levels of customer engagement, satisfaction, and clinical support.
- Responding to RFQs, supporting tenders, and working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Corporate Accounts, and Clinical Applications and Product Support team, to deliver value-added solutions.
- Driving sales through regular promotional initiatives and educational materials, aligned to new industry standards such as AS 5369:2023.

**What you'll bring**:

- Proven experience in internal/inside sales, preferably within the healthcare, allied health, or wholesale space.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships remotely.
- Strategic thinking with a proactive approach to territory planning and account development.
- Experience or confidence in delivering product education and clinical-level support. Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms to manage sales cycles.
