The Trust Manager is focused on ensuring clients receive an exceptional service whilst administering accounts efficiently and in line with business and compliance guidelines and introducing appropriate specialists to support the delivery of activity to meet client's needs.
Providing a service to clients which maximises client retention and conversion opportunities and provide support for improvement activities within the teamAbout the RoleAct as the point of contact for accounts and provide timely and accurate support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders in meeting needs.
