The Corporate Partnerships and Fundraising (CP&F) division is seeking an experienced and proactive Philanthropy Manager to join our small but mighty team at headspace National. This is a rare opportunity to join the fundraising team at headspace, playing a vital role in establishing headspace's work and impact in youth mental health within the philanthropic community.

  • Develop and manage donor pipelines and portfolios, deepening engagement and demonstrating impact to inspire long-term support.
  • Oversee and grow individual and regular giving programs, focusing on acquisition, retention, and donor lifetime value.
  • Develop compelling cases for support and cultivate a pipeline of high-value donors, lead stewardship efforts and work collaboratively across the organisation to embed a culture of philanthropy.
Who we're looking for
  • 5+ years' experience in major gift fundraising, trusts and foundations, and/or PAFs with a strong record of income growth.
  • Experience in developing and managing major donor or philanthropic programs in complex environments.
  • Strong relationship management skills and confidence engaging high-value supporters, senior leaders, and Board members.
  • Exceptional writing skills with experience developing persuasive funding proposals, donor communications, and impact reports.
  • Proven ability to bring teams together, create alignment, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Financial literacy, with experience managing budgets, income forecasts, and KPIs.
  • High degree of self-motivation, professionalism, and personal accountability.
  • A strong commitment to headspace's mission, values, and youth mental health.
What's on offer
  • The opportunity to make a difference to the lives of young people across Australia.
