About the role
The Operations Officer role is an integral part of Service Delivery, acting as a conduit between our partner agencies and frontline teams, and providing essential support in a high-volume environment. Operations Officers have high attention to detail and work across multiple streams of work, including data analysis and reporting, frontline support and projects.

**In this role you will be required to**:
E nsure the resolution of outstanding customer transactional issues in a timely manner to enable the delivery of a quality customer experience

Capture, track and monitor tends in transactional compliance through data analysis to address identified errors/issues and feedback, and enhance service delivery
Prepare high level reports for a range of audiences to support informed decision making and planning
Contribute to the design and implementation of a culture of continuous customer service improvement initiatives
Provide input into the delivery of new products and services from agencies for all Service Delivery Channels to ensure they meet service delivery standards
