**About the company**:
This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth technology firm that is revolutionizing the industry. Our client is seeking an Operations Officer to join their dynamic team based in Sydney. As an Operations Officer, you will play a crucial role in day-to-day operations and contribute to the continued growth of an already hugely successful business with an impressive global footprint. Reporting in to the Operations Manager and supporting the wider operations and logistics teams, your responsibilities will be varied and give you exposure to a range of key stakeholders.

**About the role"**
- Oversee shipping processes, including coordinating with carriers and managing logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Execute picking and packing operations to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Contribute to supply chain activities, including procurement, demand forecasting, and vendor management.
- Implement effective inventory control measures to optimize stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Receive incoming goods and conduct inspections to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any operational issues or delays.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to operations and inventory management.

**About you**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or in the manufacturing industry will be highly advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are essential
- You may have familiarity with supply chain principles and inventory management systems.
- You will have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners are critical
