**Your Opportunity**:
Are you passionate about agriculture and building meaningful relationships? Dairy Australia is seeking a proactive and people-focused **Farm Engagement Lead** to join our Regional Services team. This is your opportunity to be a trusted advisor to dairy farmers, helping shape a profitable and sustainable future for the industry.
As a **Farm Engagement Lead**, you'll be one of our key points of contact for farmers in your region. You'll build long-term relationships, understand farm business needs, and connect farmers with the right services and resources. You'll also play a vital role in capturing insights to inform future strategy and improve farmer experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and deliver farmer-centric account plans
- Build trust and rapport with farmers, understanding their long-term goals
- Coordinate and deliver 1:1 engagements and touchpoints
- Promote Dairy Australia's value proposition and services
- Capture and share insights to support regional and national strategy
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce
**About you**
You're a natural connector who thrives on building relationships and making things happen. You understand the challenges and opportunities in the dairy industry and are passionate about helping farmers succeed.
You will bring the following:
- Experience in account management or stakeholder engagement
- Strong understanding of the dairy industry or agri-business
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regionally
