We are looking for an experienced construction professional ready to step into a pivotal new role with an established private builder-developer on the Gold Coast.
With over 30 years of success delivering thriving townhome communities, this group is now embarking on a diversification strategy focusing on repeatable build-to-hold, medium-density apartment projects (BTR model) across SE QLD.We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Delivery Manager to grow and lead a specialist construction team delivering multi-storey residential apartments in the Gold Coast, South Brisbane, Ipswich, and Moreton Bay regions.About the RoleNewly created construction management role within a stable, well-capitalised, forward-thinking groupLead and grow a specialist building construction teamScale an efficient, repeatable model for build-to-hold apartment projectsReport directly to senior management, working closely with the Owner and GMAttractive six-figure salary and incentive packageKey ResponsibilitiesOversee all facets of project delivery from pre-construction to handoverBuild and manage a high-performing team including project management, contracts administration, site management and safetyFoster strong local relationships with subcontractors, trades and suppliersGuide projects to market, informed by local research and buyer trendsContinue to champion reliable, dependable business partnerships developed over decadesAbout YouOpen Builder's Licence (medium to high-rise residential construction), with capacity to act as NomineeMinimum 10 years' industry experience, including 5 years in a leadership/management roleProven expertise in building medium to high-density apartment projects in SE QLDHands-on, tenacious, and a natural problem solverExceptional communicator, able to interact confidently with all stakeholdersExisting network of subcontractors, trades and suppliersCurrent knowledge of the local residential apartment market highly desirableIdeal for an experienced Project Manager ready to advance, or a Construction Manager seeking a fresh challenge with a builder-developerJoin an efficient and down-to-earth operation renowned for lasting partnerships, an excellent market reputation and delivering outstanding product and business results.
