About Us

We're seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team and play a key role in the successful delivery of a large-scale infrastructure project.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a cost-reimbursable environment, drafting scopes of work and tender packages, conducting investigations with subcontractors, and maintaining accurate records.

They will also be responsible for providing assistance to procurement leads and package leads in contract negotiations, managing subcontractor compliance, and identifying commercial and contractual risks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Economics, Quantity Surveying, Law, or Commerce
  • 3-5 years' experience working as a Contracts Administrator, preferably with a Tier 1 contractor in Australia
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite (including Excel) and contract management systems
