The role

The responsibility allowance for this position is 14 periods per cycle and $6,000.

The Assistant Timetabler - Student Enrolments (7-12) plays a crucial role in supporting the timetabling process for student enrolments. Working closely with the College Timetabler, this position involves efficiently organising and managing student course selections and preferences, ensuring accurate data entry, and resolving scheduling conflicts. The Assistant Timetabler will collaborate with various stakeholders, such as Heads of School, Head of Department, and parents, to ensure a smooth and effective timetable that meets the needs of students and the school's academic goals.

Some of your primary duties and responsibilities will include the following:

- Constructing Mentor group allocations, in consultation with the relevant Heads of School
- Liaising with Heads of Department regarding specific curriculum needs of new and existing students
