Higher Education Coordinator

Our College is seeking an experienced professional to fill a leadership role, overseeing the college timetable. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating key structures that support the College Strategic Plan and ensuring the smooth operation of the Timetabler system.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and possess high-level accuracy and attention to detail. Experience as a Timetabler and leadership experience are desirable, but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create key structures that support the College Strategic Plan
- Responsible for the regular maintenance and update of databases in Timetabler
- Liaise with the Digital Learning team to ensure alignment between systems
- Maintain open communication flow with stakeholders
- Communicate regularly with staff, students, and parents to advise on teaching and learning practices
- Manage examination periods, including staff rosters and room allocations
