As
**Data Governance & Security Manager,** you will report to the EPMO Director, overseeing the Data Governance Framework and Information Security operations within the and Technology department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement the Data Governance Framework and Policy through establishment of the Data Office within the Technology department.
- Understand the general business function of the data in conjunction with the Data Business Owners and ensure that the data is handled efficiently
- Establish and maintain relationships with business representatives to enable quality data management.
- Establish and maintain processes to govern changes to data in line with the Data Governance Framework.
- Establish and maintain a training capability for data to raise the awareness of data management across the organisation.

**About you**:

- At least eight years' experience in the IT industry within the financial services industry with a deep knowledge of data architecture and governance functions.
- Experience in Information Security management within the financial services industry.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, people leadership skills, governance and control and change management experience.
- Strong data management capability.
- Approval Authorities are as per Delegations Policy.
