This leadership role is focused on overseeing the operation of a 76-place childcare centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support the professional development of Childcare Educators and Teachers, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans that support the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times, following established policies and procedures
  • Foster a positive and inclusive culture that promotes teamwork and respect for diversity
  • Maintain compliance with relevant regulations
Support for Success

A comprehensive training and ongoing support program is provided to ensure your success in this role. This includes regular workshops and dedicated support from the First Steps Support Team and Area Manager.
