DBA / Database Developer
- Hybrid working - 2 days WFH and 3 days in office
- Northern suburbs with FREE onsite parking
- Initial 6 month contract - up to $750/day. Opportunity for permanent conversion.

Within the project team we require an in house ServiceNow Administrator to work alongside an experienced support provider in the implementation of the CMDB using ServiceNow, including: adoption of best practice CMDB frameworks, automated asset discovery tools, complete and accurate asset management database, procedures and training materials for the ongoing management of the CMDB

The role will:

- Provide on-going administration and support for APACs ServiceNow instances for Development, Test and Production, ensuring platform currency and security.
- Promote the ongoing management of the CMDB across internal support teams and support providers, ensuring an accurate and meaningful asset management database is available.
- Work collaboratively with technology SMEs providing training and mentoring as required, to ensure the ongoing development and enhancement of the Technology CMDB which meet business demands.

This is Hands-On Service Now Admin role who can be part of implementation journey and beyond.
- Experience in IT service management.
- Up-to-date knowledge of marketplace and technology changes pertinent to ServiceNow, monitoring tools, and ITIL processes.
- Experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, and web service integrations using REST, SOAP, et
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (preferred).
- ITIL v3 Certification (preferred).
