Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to serve as a subject matter expert in the ServiceNow platform, integrations, reporting, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience with application development lifecycle, technical troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ServiceNow Architecture Design: Design high-level architectures for complex ServiceNow implementations across multiple ServiceNow modules, ensuring optimal integration with other enterprise systems.
  • Solution Development & Governance: Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business goals and IT strategies, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with industry best practices.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, administrators, and junior architects, ensuring team members adhere to architectural standards.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure solutions are designed with security, compliance, and data privacy in mind, adhering to regulatory standards and organizational policies.
  • Project Management Support: Work closely with project managers to ensure that projects are executed according to agreed timelines and budgets, offering architecture guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • ServiceNow Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain the ServiceNow roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and long-term technology strategies.
  • Vendor and Partner Coordination: Work closely with ServiceNow partners and vendors to ensure seamless implementation of solutions and adherence to best practices.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed architecture and design documentation, as well as executive-level reports and presentations to communicate technical strategies and outcomes to senior leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and other modules.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a technical team.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • 8+ years of experience managing the ServiceNow Platform.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
  • Good to have ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Certification.
  • Excellent Analytical and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English.
