Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Management (ITSM) specialist to join our team as a ServiceNow Consultant.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and maintaining ServiceNow solutions, including components, integrations, workflows, and persona-based designs. They will contribute to organisational change management, training, and user enablement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions that meet business outcomes, ensuring security, cost optimisation, and high platform performance and reliability.
  • Design and configure ServiceNow modules and integrations, aligning out-of-the-box capabilities with business requirements.
  • Champion platform best practices for development, deployment, release, and Evergreen maintenance.
  • Lead and collaborate across architects, developers, analysts, and stakeholders to consolidate requirements, support automation, improve integration, and ensure delivery of valuable, documented solutions.
  • Coordinate platform operations, including resource scheduling, reporting, workload management, process improvement, mentoring team members, and engaging with vendors to maintain a best-practice implementation.
Requirements
  • Experience in ITSM and/or ServiceNow solution architecture, development, technical business analysis, or system administration.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and customer-focused mindset.
  • Creative problem-solving skills in complex, customised ServiceNow environments, with a preference for low-code, out-of-the-box solutions.
  • Holds or is willing to maintain ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Technical Architect or System Administrator.
  • Hands-on ServiceNow expertise in administration, development, and architecture.
